MarketPlace-Mail Offers Years of Direct Mail Experience

MarketPlace-Mail.com is owned and operated by Steven Rosenberg and his wife, Bracha in Raleigh, NC.

Although the name MarketPlace-Mail.com is fairly recent, Steven has been helping clients with direct mail projects for more years than he cares to remember.

Steven first learned the ins-and-outs of direct mail with Frank/James Direct Marketing of St. Louis. The company specialized in high-impact, business-to-business direct mail. Many of the packages cost upwards of $100 per unit and were successful in reaching top executives in Fortune 500 companies. One campaign got an unbelievable 97% response rate.

Steve also had the idea of an arthritis catalog that he sold to a large catalog company in the Triangle North Carolina area.

Steven has worked with all types of clients and brings his experience and knowledge to his clients. Some remember Steven when he was called RPM Marketing or even Rosenberg Mail & Marketing.

However, marketing is only one facet of a successful direct mail project. It has to be delivered. Steven is amazed at how many printers and designers have no idea of postal regulations.

Postal regulations are constantly changing and Steven strives to stay abreast of all changes -- including the new, "Intelligent Barcode" that will be required in 2009. Steven is a member of the areas Postal Customer Council.

Steven even wrote a book called "Go Postal for Profit."

Steven actively help clients find the best ways to market, often giving unsolicited advice on their website or other advertising promotions. Why? Because Steven's clients' success is a win-win situation.

Steven has a journalism degree from the University of Illinois, Champaign. He worked as a copy editor at the Jerusalem Post in Israel and served in the Israeli army. Steven says there was one rule in the army is every entrepreneur understands: "They can't hassle you more than 24 hours a day. After that, it's a new day!"

Steven sharpens his communication skills in by participating Toastmasters. He has earned his Distinguish Toastmaster award and is active at the state level, mailing out the "Tar Heel Talker."

He also enjoys bicycling with the Slow Spokes Group and has ridden in the MS150 bicycling event for Multiple Sclerosis.

Bracha is the one who actually gets the mail out. Bracha and Steven have been married for over 28 years! This unique partnership means that our clients deal directly with people who take responsibility. Their livelihood depends on giving the best possible service.

Bracha has a masters degree in biochemistry from Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

They have two wonderful children, Rachel, who is with the Reznick Group in Bethesda, MD, and Daniel, who is studying at the IDC in Herzliya, Israel.
